Bobby Naidu

CEO

After his time at Rally Lamp Dock, Bobby felt the pull to pursue something greater, and thus, Source Film Studio was born. What began humbly in his parents’ garage steadily transformed over the years into one of Hollywood’s premier green screen stages, right in the heart of Hollywood. Now changing with the times, the green paint is gone replaced by the glow of LED’s.

Andy Naidu

STUDIO MANAGER

After college, Andy pursued his passion for soccer, playing semi-professionally with several teams, including representing the Fiji national team. Alongside his athletic endeavors, he has dedicated years to working alongside his father at Source Film Studio, contributing to its growth and success.

Gary Gray

TECH MANAGER

Gary has been a Lighting Best Boy with Local 728 and 33 for over 20 years, contributing his expertise to acclaimed productions such as American Idol, Dancing with the Stars, and The Masked Singer. His work has been part of several shows that have earned Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lighting Design.
